Welcome to the Alberta Impaired Drivers Remedial Education Program (AIDREP) website operated by AIDREP (“AIDREP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing this website, registering for a course, or participating in an AIDREP program, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Program Registration

Course registration is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all registration information provided is accurate and up to date.

2. Payments and Fees

Course fees, cancellation fees, transfer fees, and administrative charges are subject to change without notice.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued using the original payment method.

Failure to attend a scheduled course may result in additional fees or re-registration requirements.

3. Attendance and Participation

Participants must meet all attendance and participation requirements established for their course.

Failure to attend the full course, participate appropriately, or comply with facilitator instructions may result in removal from the course and may require re-registration at the participant’s expense.

4. Course Completion

Successful completion of an AIDREP course does not guarantee driver’s licence reinstatement or approval by Alberta Driver Fitness and Monitoring.

Participants remain responsible for satisfying all government and regulatory requirements related to their driving status.
